Nathy has worked for Exxaro Resources where he worked in Coal and Iron ore projects as well as managed a geotechnical exploration project in Wet Africa. From Exxaro he worked for RC Developments where he worked mostly on Coal and Chrome projects. He then joined Areshomeng and worked on the startup and expansion of their mine.
Sizwe Mashiane – Logistics Controller
Sizwe is a qualified project manager where he has worked with various companies to move coal from mines to power stations, railway sidings and plants. Mainly South 32, Anglo, Glencore and Various Eskom power stations. He has worked with Liketh Investments, Nasonti Coal, SG Coal and Legend Logistics. Where he was responsible for moving various kinds of coal for Khensa Investments where they had a total of 65 trucks moving over 10000kt a day.
He was also in charge of the subcontractors that where contracted under Khensa which is Siyakhulisa Trading, Emcaf, Vuzani Invesments, Msika Transport, Cumo Trans and Abuti Transport.
Sizwe had mobilise over 500 trucks to haul commodities across Mpumalanga.
